Thomas Herrmann

Thomas Herrmann is the founder and director of Leiterschaft.com, a pastor, and co-founder of Move Church in the Rhine-Main region of Germany. Over several decades, he played a key role in shaping the church’s internal development as Executive Pastor and was instrumental in launching multiple churches and campus locations. His passion is to help churches grow in health, clarity, and effectiveness. Drawing on his extensive leadership experience, Thomas now coaches pastors and leadership teams from a wide variety of churches, helping them pursue their calling with renewed strength, focus, and purpose.
